My name is Kylie Anderson, creator of Midwest Boarder. I've lived in Iowa my whole life and have dreamed of being involved in the action sport world. While writing for S4 Magazine, I decided to create a place for Midwestern folks to find potential adventures and activities that they might enjoy. By combining my love of adventures and snowboarding, I decided on the name Midwest Boarder.

Midwest Boarder is a place for thrill seekers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. I hope for this website to be home to schedules of events, trail maps, suggested places to visit and a place to share my thoughts and ideas. There's a lot going on here in the Midwest and we shouldn't miss out on it.
